Matt Bergandi

CEO of The Lumbermill

Matt has had a long career within the baseball world. He was able to play at the D1 and D2 levels, but the surgeries and injuries ended his career.  Both out of High School and College, Bergandi had Professional Baseball opportunities, but the surgeries got the best of him. Which turned his love for the game immediately to coaching. Matt continues his Love and Passion for Baseball through Player Development and Coaching.  At every stop along his coaching journey, he worked with multiple positions and different sides of the ball. Bergandi's favorite coaching memories were at his old home of University of San Diego.  His coaching is what has prepared and motivated him to start The Lumbermill. Matt is driven to get each client the perfect playing opportunity and to learn the tools needed to thrive at the next level.
